I recently started using this theme, and along the way, there were a few issues that needed help from experts. I tried using live chat, and surprisingly, the support team followed up with me through email to check whether the issue was resolved. I've never seen anyone do that.

The support team solved the issues I faced very quickly. And, of course, they replied to our emails quickly.

This theme seems reasonable for an online store. Try it. It's worth the money.

The theme is good, but it is still buildable. The features feel outdated. You have to make new features. I often had to contact support if I wanted a new feature or to change something in existing features that you couldn't change in the options because there was no choice, so you had to do it in the code editor. The support was good; I consistently implemented everything I wanted, but it's still cumbersome for a beginner. So unfortunately only 4 stars..
